inadequate
having been back to sji-sjab, i'm indeed shocked.
for one, the standards are indeed dropping.
perhaps i'll make a point, provide an example and then elaborate.
as i said, the standards are terrible.
when i say standards, i mean both ncos and cadets.
ncos are teaching redundant drills.
drills are given on the wrong foot.
ncos do not know their first aid.
ncos show signs of doubt.
cadets are extremely physically weak.
they are rebellious.
lack discipline.
they should go join some read book club.
i do have to say that the sec 3s are not as i remembered them to be.
especially the comp team.
seems like the problems i was afraid might surface, have already surfaced.
the sec 2s are a bigger disappointment.
with the standard they have now and the progress they are making,
i'd say their chances of winning are zero.
even if the best trainers train them,
i'd have my doubts on them being able to even bring home something.
i'm at a loss at how i can help too.
where the lights arent bright.
where everything aint right.
