good service
alvan called yesterday to tell me that kenneth and jia hao was coming down from malaysia. i got to noe kenneth from nllc in ipoh. he's from la salle klang. apparently jia hao had some cock up with his passport, so we met up with kenneth and his friend justin first. the roaming around town was great. and then i found a pair of vans that im gonna buy. haha.
ok, here comes the story of the day. justin bought his pair of vans and then he was looking for a new handfone. we went to lucky plaza to go help him hunt. we came to a shop, recommended by their friend who joined us later. forgot her name, but alvan's hair sure is longer than hers. lol (missing my long hair). aniwaes, justin requested for the phone and then requested to try out the phone. he wanted to test the phone. the shopkeeper, god noes wads his problem, was really cranky. when we first went to the shop, he was saying "can i help u? what you want? someone talk to me!". dat's weird enuf, but wad more, when justin asked to test the phone out, he said there was no need to. he asked justin to pay first. erm... wad the hell. then justin asked why he couldnt test the phone. the shopkeeper just answered back that since he wanted to buy it, there was no need to. i really didnt get the whole incident, but the shopkeeper sure was giving justin a hard time. and wad more, he seriously had an attitude problem. so much for preaching good service eh.
ok. i hafnt made up my mind abt sjab. it's prolly gonna take longer than expected.
class chalet tmr. kenneth and jia hao will both be here tmr too. maybe i shud check out of class chalet for a while to go hang out with em. shall ask alvan. im seriously wondering wad we're gonna do for class chalet tmr. oh yes. surprisingly, daryl smsed me. daryl as in tay zhuo raei. the D in ACDC, lol. he asked me to go arcade to play ghost squad. erm.. i find it a little weird. lol.
i was thinkin abt the service problem this afternoon. im beginning to feel that it was just a short hot time when service was good. kinda like the bubble tea. a very hot selling product for a while, then it just dies down. unless u really like being in the service industry, it's gonna be quite difficult to put up a friendly face everyday. i mean, it's gonna be so superficial.
nuttin else to bitch about anymore i guess. out.
